By purchasing the DVD through the website, you increase the chances that the film may one day break even! The support you and other viewers have given the film has been crucial every step of the way. The warm reception at Sundance and other festivals, as well as the early strong response in theatres, is what enabled us to release the film in over 80 cities around the country. In addition to an excellent transfer and a Q and A session that I did at the Harvard Film Archives, the DVD features an audio commentary that runs throughout the film. This provides an opportunity to experience the film with the director's personal reflections on the main characters and the critical problems and choices in making the film.

Because of its then-and-now presentation of choices made and paths taken, many viewers have written that they saw the film in the context of college, high school, and family reunions.
